About Dana Fox

Psychology and how humans work have drawn my interest since I was a child. It is out of this lifelong interest that my career developed. What guides my work is a recognition that each person is unique. Just as we each have a unique thumb print, we have unique perspectives, and unique brain processes. Because of this, there is no one-size-fits-all solution for everyone.

I am a Colorado state Licensed Counselor (LPC) and have been a psychotherapist since 1999. I completed my graduate studies in Expressive Therapy at Lesley University in Boston, and earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Colorado College. To better understand and treat a wide variety of issues related to personality, sexuality, and aggression, I sought specialized post-graduate training at the Oregon Psychoanalytic Institute and earned a Certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I value on-going professional growth and pursue this through continuing education offered by the Denver Psychoanalytic Society.
